Chef Nikki has been a chef for her entire life, growing up in a local family owned restaurant, Thai Basil. Chef Nikki has finally taken the leap to back of house officially, with her training from Escoffier Culinary School. She has begun her dream of being a private chef, and we are honored & blessed to be part of her maiden voyage to the start of an amazing culinary career.
