Please ensure the kitchen is clean and accessible upon arrival
Clear counter space for prep work
Access to oven, stovetop, and sink required

🛒 Groceries & Alcohol
Chef Jojo sources and shops for all food ingredients
Client provides all alcohol and mixers
A full ingredient & alcohol shopping list is sent after booking confirmation
Please have alcohol chilled and ready upon arrival
🍽 Tableware & Setup
Basic plates, glasses & flatware from the rental are used unless rental add-ons are selected
Chef Jojo brings all cooking equipment and serving pieces
Full kitchen cleanup is included after service
Dining table should be cleared and set-ready before arrival
🏖 Beach & Outdoor Events
No glass allowed on beach or poolside — shatterproof drinkware only
County permit required for beach dining ($150 added to invoice)
Bonfire service is after-event only — Chef completes dinner service first
Beach location must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance

All allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed at booking
Cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed in shared kitchens
