We light the fire
Chairs pulled around it, blankets out, s'mores station ready. Run by our partners It's Lit PCB, who do nothing else.
The buffet goes out
Covered and set alongside the fire. Help yourselves, go back twice, eat standing up with your feet in the sand.
We clear it all
Fire out properly, everything packed, sand raked. You walk back up the boardwalk and that's it.
What's included
- The bonfire, permits and all

What's not
- Food — $45 a guest and up, depending on the menu
- Tables — there are none. This is chairs around the fire, and that is the whole point of it. For a long table set properly on the sand, that is Dinner Under the Stars
- A server — Add one for $150 if you'd rather not serve yourselves
- Alcohol — We bring mixers, recipes and the service
Working to a budget? Tell us the number you have in mind and we will build a menu to it. We would rather cook you something honest at your price than talk you into something you did not want to spend.
No glass is permitted on the beach. It is county law, not our rule. We bring shatterproof drinkware and will decant wine or champagne before we head down. Any fine issued for glass is passed on to the client.

Tax and gratuity are added to your quote. Parties over twenty on the sand are priced individually — tell us what you have in mind.
The questions we get
Who actually runs the fire?
You book through us and it all comes on one invoice. One thing to know: if you need to cancel the bonfire inside 48 hours, contact them directly on 850-361-8078 or itslitpcb.com. Their crew and kit are committed by then and we can't always reach them in time.
What if there's a burn ban?
Your food still goes ahead wherever it safely can. We'll call you and talk it through.
Is there a table?
If you want a long table set properly on the sand under a canopy of lights, that's Dinner Under the Stars. Different evening entirely.
No glass, really?
We bring shatterproof drinkware. Tell us if you're bringing wine or champagne and we'll decant it before we head down. Please tell your guests too — someone arriving with champagne to celebrate is how this usually goes wrong.
Where is the food cooked?
We'll need your kitchen for a few hours and we'll leave it cleaner than we found it.
