Brunch, Made
for the Morning After

Coffee on before anyone surfaces, something warm on the table, and nobody washing a pan. The most forgiving meal there is — and the one that saves a wedding morning.

$65 a guest · $20 food · we arrive 2½ hours before
The morning

Slow, and entirely handled

We're there early

Two and a half hours before you eat. For a 10:30 brunch that's around eight, quietly, while the house is still asleep.

Coffee first

Set out for whoever wakes first, long before the food. Nobody has to be sociable straight away.

Then it lands

All at once, on the table, hot. Go back twice. We clear it and go and the kitchen looks untouched.

What's included

  • Coffee service running the whole time
  • Fresh juice and cucumber water
  • A full brunch table, not a continental spread
  • Menu built around your group
  • All shopping and prep
  • Serviceware and platters
  • A complete kitchen reset

What's not

  • Food — $20 a guest
  • Alcohol — Mimosas and bloodies are yours — we bring the mixers and make them
  • A server — Add one for $150 if you'd rather be waited on

Before you ask

The questions we get

What is "The Morning Of"?
A breakfast built for a getting-ready morning — the wedding party in robes, hair and makeup happening, nobody able to leave the house.

Everything eats one-handed, nothing drips, and nothing goes near a white dress. It gets set out and stays out through the long morning rather than arriving all at once, so people eat when they can.

We feed the photographer and the hair and makeup team too. They have been there since six and nobody ever thinks of them.
How late can brunch be?
As late as you like. Ten-thirty and eleven are the most popular, and we've done one at one in the afternoon for a group who'd had a very good night.

Tell us the time and we work backwards from it.
Can we have mimosas?
Of course — bring the bubbles and the juice is on us. We make them, top them up, and keep them coming.

Same for bloody marys, and ours are properly built.
Is this enough food?
Yes. This is a brunch table, not a continental spread — hot plates, cold plates, something sweet, and enough that people go back.

Tell us if your group eats big and we'll scale it.
What do you need from us?
A clean kitchen with clear counters, an empty dishwasher, a working stove and oven, and somewhere to park.

That's everything.
