The Essential · $55 a guest
We cook, set it out, clean up and go. You serve yourselves and eat when you like. No server.
The Signature · $95 a guest
Full service. We plate it, bring it out, keep glasses full and clear between courses. Most people choose this.
The Premier · $120 a guest
Plated or buffet, full service, and the kitchen at its best. For the night that actually matters.

On the beach it is buffet only. Plated service needs a kitchen beside the table, so it stays indoors or at your rental. Anything on the sand is served buffet style — and we bring the tables, plates, glassware and the whole setup with us.
Working to a budget? Tell us the number you have in mind and we will build a menu to it. We would rather cook you something honest at your price than talk you into something you did not want to spend.

Build your own course by course from the whole kitchen — or choose one of our five buffets, each written at three levels so it grows with the service you picked.
Tax and gratuity are added to your quote. Parties over twenty on the sand are priced individually — tell us what you have in mind.
The questions we get
Plated or buffet — which?
Buffet gets people up and moving, going back twice, eating at their own pace. Better for a crowd, and for children.
Both are available at Signature and Premier. Tell us the room and we'll say which.
Which service level?
Signature is what most people choose — full service, plates brought out, glasses kept full, cleared between courses.
Premier for the night that matters.
What's a "set buffet"?
Every one has a proper vegetarian option built in, not an afterthought. And you can still swap things.
Do you really clean up?
You will not walk into a sink full of pans.
Someone has an allergy
One thing we won't pretend about: we cook in your kitchen on shared equipment, so we can't promise a completely allergen-free environment. What we can promise is every precaution there is, and we'll tell you straight if something worries us.
Can you cook for kids?
$35 flat for ages 3 to 12. Under 3 eat free.
