Dinner Under
the Stars

A long table on the sand, a canopy of hanging lights above it, and dinner served while the sun goes down. We bring everything. You just turn up.

The evening

The one people photograph

Of everything we do, this is the one that ends up framed. A table set properly on the sand, lanterns strung overhead, and nobody lifting a finger.

We arrive early

Three to five hours before you eat, depending on your group. Tables, chairs, linens, the light canopy, tiki torches — all of it set while you're still at the beach.

You sit down

Dinner is served at your table as the light goes. One server for every fifteen guests, so glasses stay full and plates keep moving.

We disappear

Everything packed out, the sand left as we found it, your kitchen cleaner than it was. You won't lift a chair.

What's included

  • The curtain-of-lights canopy over your table
  • Tiki torches down the length of it
  • Tables and chairs for your whole party — a proper seated table on the sand
  • The full table setting — linens, glassware, plates, flatware. We bring everything
  • One server for every fifteen guests
  • All county permits
  • Complete setup and breakdown
  • No delivery fee, no setup fee

What's not

  • Food — $75 to $100 a guest, depending on the menu
  • Alcohol — we bring mixers, recipes and the service
  • A bonfire — beautiful alongside it, and easy to add

Working to a budget? Tell us the number you have in mind and we will build a menu to it. We would rather cook you something honest at your price than talk you into something you did not want to spend.

No glass is permitted on the beach. It is county law, not our rule. We bring shatterproof drinkware and will decant wine or champagne before we head down. Any fine issued for glass is passed on to the client.

Glass isn't allowed on the beach — county law, and the fines are real. We bring shatterproof drinkware, and we'll decant your wine before we head down.

Before you ask

The questions we get

What if the weather turns?
We watch it with you. If it's genuinely unworkable we'll talk about moving indoors — your table, your food, the same dinner without the sand.

Buy travel insurance when you book your trip, with named-storm coverage. We're on the Gulf Coast and storms are part of the deal here. Weather doesn't change our cancellation terms, because our costs stand either way.
Where exactly on the beach?
We pull the county permit and confirm the access point closer to the date — they sell out in season, so we can't promise one months ahead.

Tell us if you have somewhere in mind and we'll try for it. You'll get a text on the day with the exact access point and your chef's name and number.
Where is the food actually cooked?
In your rental, on the day, and carried out to the table. That's how it arrives hot and looking right. We'll need your kitchen for a few hours, and we'll leave it cleaner than we found it.

If that doesn't work, tell us — we can cook off site, though a few dishes travel better than others.
Can we add a bonfire?
Yes, and most people do. It's run by our partners It's Lit PCB and priced by group size, from $500.

Their fee covers the fire permit. Chairs, blankets and a s'mores station come with it.
How many people does this work for?
Beautifully from six to twenty. Above twenty on the sand we price it individually, because the permits, the setup and the staffing all change.

Tell us your number and we'll come back with something real.
What do you need from us?
A clean kitchen with clear counters, an empty dishwasher, a working oven, somewhere to park, and all the alcohol.

That's it. We handle the rest.
