Booking terms
The short version of the agreement you sign when you book. Your signed agreement is the final word. These terms apply to bookings made from October 25, 2026.
Deposit and payment
- A non-refundable $500 deposit confirms your booking. Your date isn't held until it's paid and your agreement is signed.
- County permits and bonfire fees are added to the deposit. They're non-refundable once pulled or booked.
- The balance is due 30 days before your event. Bookings made within 30 days are paid in full at booking.
- Pay by card, or over time with Affirm or Klarna, subject to their approval.
Cancellations
- More than 30 days before the event: the deposit is kept, and nothing more is owed.
- Within 30 days of the event, or once the balance is paid: your booking is non-refundable for any reason, including weather, hurricanes, natural disasters and other events outside anyone's control.
- If we ever can't honor your booking, everything you've paid is refunded in full.
Travel insurance
To protect your plans, we offer optional travel insurance through our partner Faye. When you book, you'll choose one of these:
- I'd like to receive the Faye travel insurance link. We'll email you a link, and buying a policy is your responsibility. If you don't complete the purchase, the terms above still apply.
- I decline travel insurance. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable, and my event is non-refundable within 30 days of the event date, for any reason.
Coverage is bought directly from Faye. Buy it before a storm is named, because no policy covers a storm that already has a name.
Your menu and guests
- Menu changes are welcome until seven days before the event, with a $15 change fee once booked.
- Extra guests are added and invoiced. A lower guest count within 30 days doesn't reduce the price.
- Please tell us about every allergy and dietary need. We plan around them carefully, but we can't guarantee an allergen-free kitchen. Raw and undercooked items are marked on your menu.
On the day
- We need kitchen access at the agreed arrival time, plus parking and gate details.
- You provide the alcohol. No glass is allowed on the beach, and any fine for glass is passed on.
- If the county issues a burn ban, or the tide makes a fire unsafe, the bonfire is cancelled without a refund of the bonfire portion. Your food still goes ahead wherever it safely can.
- A 20% gratuity for your team and a 3% card fee are added to the service total, along with 7% Florida sales tax.
