If you’ve been reading my Spills the Beans blogs, you already know I live for a good behind-the-scenes moment — especially when it involves food, laughter, and a little bit of celebrity sparkle.
This one? Definitely a core memory.
Picture this: Florida sunlight shining through coastal windows, laughter echoing off the walls, and a kitchen full of garlic butter, citrus zest, and (almost) champagne bubbles.
Plot twist I totally suspected that Jojo Fletcher was faux drinking during their intimate dinner. I had a hunch she was keeping a sweet surprise under wraps... and now that the news is out, I can finally spill the beans: I was cooking for a mama-to-be! 👶✨
Dinner & Pajama Party 🥂
We had the most fun. Jojo and her girls picked an amazing menu, and from the first plate to the last bite, it was just joy all around.
Everyone’s wearing matching Saint Spritz pajamas while sipping (or pretending to sip 😉) drinks and laughing all night.
It was a warm, cozy, and chic Dinner Pajama Party definitely going in the books as one of my all-time favorite bachelorette nights ever. If you’re planning a weekend on 30A, I highly recommend making this one of your themes.
Morning After Magic 🥑
The next morning, we went full wellness retreat mode with smoothie bowls and avocado toasts.
I shook up the routine and added strawberries on top, the color contrast was gorgeous, and the flavor comb??? Sunshine in a bowl. The ladies loved it!
What made it even more special? Watching this group of powerhouse women from Blue Bird Electric Bikes to Bach to Basics Decorating Co. celebrate each other’s success. It’s a beautiful thing to see women lifting women while sipping spritz and eating toast.
A Toast to Saint Spritz 🍊
Saint Spritz is Jojo’s pride and joy — her sparkling baby (before the actual baby 😉). Being a founder myself, it was great to see her share her brand story from a simple idea to having it on Target shelves.
It’s proof that passion paired with persistence = endless possibilities. Of course, it helps when your name is Jojo Fletcher… but at least I’ve got the Jojo part going for me!) 🧡
