Drop-Off Buffets
Chef Jojo's set buffets, cooked for you and dropped off hot at your door. You serve yourselves, and the night is yours.
$75 a guest with food included, plus tax. The minimum is $500 before tax, so drop-off is best for larger groups. The $500 deposit holds your date, and inside 30 days of your event the full payment is due when you book.

Pick one of the set menus below. Each one is made to travel and reheat well, so it tastes just as good when you serve it.
We cook and deliver
Everything arrives hot, in disposable serving pans with serving utensils.
You serve yourselves
Our team does not stay. There are no servers, setup or cleanup at this price, and plated dinners are not available.
Dropped on the beach
We can bring your buffet to the sand for a $150 delivery fee and $75 setup.
What beach setup includes
Sternos, disposable plates, cups and cutlery, aluminum wire racks, and foil lids for each dish. Booking for a group through a beach setup company? This is what we bring, so there is nothing to add to your setup.

Questions about drop-off
Can we get a plated dinner dropped off?
No. Plated dinners always come with our service team, because we hold a standard of service whenever we are there. Drop-off is set buffets only, built from dishes that reheat well, so there are no steaks or anything cooked to temperature.
Is gratuity included?
There is no gratuity on a drop-off, because our team does not stay to serve. You pay $75 a guest, plus tax and a 3% card processing fee.
Can we make changes to the menu?
Tell us about any allergies when you book and we will work around them. Beyond that, the buffets are set menus.
